I am running AC 9 on OSX Tiger. My wibu key is suddenly not responding. I have restarted and run Onyx and still no response. Has anyone encountered this?

If you have a Single License Hardware protection key, then (apart from weird OS related problems) there are basically two possibilities
* Your hardware protection key is physically damaged. Please check that the key runs on other machines.
* The WIBU-KEY driver has been deleted, miscofigured or inactive.
A Network License Hardware protection key can be a bit more problematic, because you must have an accessible WIBU-KEY server on your network, and the problems can arise both on client and server side.
Anyway if you encounter a problem with your WIBU-KEY, please contact your local reseller and don't forget to specify the error code Archicad displays. (Now that we are in contact, feel free to communicate it directly with me.)
