Question
We are setting up a training in Element Schedules but are lacking documentation in the Schedule Fields. Please tell me the purpose of those 3 buttons.
Answer
- The long arrow pointing upwards or downwards on the right defines the sorting order upwards (ascending order) or downwards (descending order) according to the given field.
- The buttons next to the sorting order button allow you to display sums (Σ) of the numerical values, and the number of placed elements (Σ1). These sum characters can be set to each fields.
- The next button is the flag sign. It helps you to separate the schedule into parts according to the flagged parameter. If the sum signs are used it will results in part sums as well. If it is set the Total type rows will be available. This flag can be set to only one field.
