When a Sun Study is created in ArchiCAD, the program automatically inserts a small text in the upper-left corner of each frame showing the name of the city (geographical location), day of year and hour:minute information for the current frame played. Some users wanted to be able to remove this information from the file.
The solution is to open the .MOV file with QuickTime Pro (available from Apple for a fee). With this software, you can edit video files. This text is created in a separate channel of the .MOV file so it can be edited out with QuickTime Pro with relative ease.
