Word documents linked via OLE and placed onto a PlotMaker layout get cropped, it is impossible to link multiple pages into a layout.
Objects linked via OLE that originate from Word are by default cropped to a page size of 6 x 9 [inches] by Word [with all margins set to 0 inches]. That is a maximum area that can be linked as an object from Word.
Things to think about:
- Reducing your font in Word to the smallest possible size (so more pages fit on one page), then Copy this page to the Clipboard
Alternate solution: in PlotMaker use File/Add Drawing/ and from the Files of type select Drawing Object
- In Plotmaker: Paste from the Clipboard [choose to paste as a Linked Object]
- Scale it up to the desired size.
