The essence is that the communication between AC sessions is more general as it looks like - theoretically the sessions are able to communicate via the Internet. Now AC sessions use 65000, 65001 etc. ports to connect to each other (AC session/port). The firewall is sensitive to the port opening because this is a theoretical ability for harmful contents to get in.
You can either block or allow, because the other ArchiCAD functions are now running in one computer only.
