On the HTML pages of Reviewer umlaut (ä) characters do not appear correctly, some other characters are displayed instead of them. This can affect German-speaking customers, and other languages as well. This problem occurs only under Mac, and it is a bug in the Mac version of Internet Explorer.
Unfortunately, we cannot fix this bug, as these dialogs are all coming from Internet Explorer.
